Residents, Families and Partners,
At Rose Court Assisted Living and Memory Care, we’re committed to keeping you up-to-date and informed, especially during the turbulent times caused by COVID-19.
Since our last communication, we have had no new residents test positive for COVID-19.
However, we want to inform you that one of our employees has recently been diagnosed positive with COVID-19. The employee first showed symptoms on June 18, was tested on the 20th, and we were informed today, June 26, that the employee’s test results came back positive.
Our employees have been diligent about wearing their masks, especially when working with our residents, and this employee is no exception. This employee has not been back in the facility since first showing symptoms on June 18th.
We continue to take urgent action to minimize the possible exposure associated with this virus, and all of the interventions referenced in our previous communication remain in place. Our staff continue to monitor residents for signs and symptoms as or any other changes in condition on a regular basis. At this time, no resident is showing any signs or symptoms.
As always, we will notify residents’ primary physicians and designated family members of any changes in their loved one’s condition, whether potentially related to COVID-19 or not.
Please reach out with questions, concerns, or requests for assistance. We will continue to keep you updated as additional information becomes available.
